Zuni Indian Lizard Bowl This Zuni Indian Lizard Bowl is fanciful art for the southwest collector! Painted inside & out, a lizard approaches a plant while a dragonfly hovers nearby. Hand applied graphics surround the outside on a sponged terracotta background. Finished with a fluted lip, it’s 3-1/2″ tall & about 8″ wide. Some minor wear with a chip at the lip line, otherwise in very good condition. Signed by the husband & wife team, Deldrick and Lorenda Cellicion. This Zuni Indian Lizard Bowl is one-of-a-kind! Both Deldrick & Lorenda are referenced in “Southwestern Pottery: Anasazi to Zuni” by Hayes & Blom and in Dr. Gregory Schaaf’s “Southern Pueblo Pottery: 2000 Artist Biographies”. Their work is highly collectible.
