Zuni Double Fox Fetish Carvings These Zuni Double Fox Fetish Carvings were handmade by Jayne Quam. She depicts the tribal totems who approach life with amusement and cleverness and are a source of great passion. Depicting a male and female in Dolomite, they are fastened together with a prayer bundle of heishi shell and a Turquoise nugget on sinew….their eyes are Turquoise too! Not quite 3″ long, they’re 1-1/4″ wide and 5/8″ tall at the nugget. These Zuni Double Fox Fetish Carvings are as nice as you’ll ever find! This was purchased from the Phoenix Heard Museum and was part of a private collection. Most have the original cards of purchase, made by the owner, and all were extremely well cared for. The previous owner collected these in the last quarter of the 20th century.
