Windage is capped but included is a ring that will seal the turret if you prefer to run it without the cap…take your pick. All adjustments are clear to hear and feel. A lot of light on the objective…clear as bell. Read the features that are included; there’s nothing missing! Bought it from EuroOptics…my first purchase from them.
